Job role: Human Resources Executive

Report to: Head of Human Resources Asia Pacific


JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an entry level Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated, eager learn and develop further skills and experience in the human resources function.


YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


§ Perform daily HR Operations responsibilities including recruitment, monthly payroll, CPF, leave management, tax reporting

§ Support the onboarding and offboarding logistics for staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements

§ Maintain and ensure all records in the global HRIS platform and local payroll interface are up-to-date and accurate

§ Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problem

§ Administer staff benefit programs such as employee insurances, referral program and long service award etc.

§ Assist in handling daily HR and administration duties, including filing, record updating

§ Support the employment pass application for foreign employees

§ Support and manage human resources related projects as required


OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:


§ Bachelor’s degree major in Human Resources, or a related field.

§ At least 4 years’ experience in a HR support role

§ Well-versed in Employment Act, Central Provident Fund Act and related regulations

§ Familiarity with HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance

§ Good interpersonal skills with experience working with different teams and departments

§ Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

§ Knowledge of HR system and databases; experience in Workday a plus
