Human Resources Coordinator

Role Overview
At RSP, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to employees' queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and contract management.
- Support the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
- Update and maintain HRIS database with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements
- Pursuing a diploma or degree in Business or Human Resource Management, or a process-related certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Power BI.
- Competent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Preferably able to commit to a period of 3 to 6 months.
