Human Resources Development Coordinator

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides opportunities for growth, development, and contribution to our organization's success.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Draft and post job descriptions to attract top talent.
- SUPPORT employer branding initiatives and contribute to employee engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
- Contribute to administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases and communications.
Minimum commitment is 4 months, with an ideal duration of 6 months. We prefer candidates who can start by the first week of May.
RequirementsTo be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.
The estimated salary for this position is $25,000 - $30,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
