We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Maintenance Professional to undertake various tasks related to the upkeep of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning Services: Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors to maintain a tidy environment.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies such as toilet paper and soap.
  • Surface Disinfection: Disinfect surfaces within the facility, including desks, countertops, and communal areas, to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly, ensuring waste is collected and taken to designated disposal areas.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition, and report any needed repairs.
  • Specialized Tasks: Perform specialized tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, or deep cleaning services, as required by the facility.
  • Routine Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Be punctual and reliable in attending work and completing tasks.

Requirements:

  • Working Hours: 5 days a week, from 8am to 4pm
  • Citizenship: Only Singaporean/PR candidates need apply
