Maintenance Professional - Production Efficiency Specialist
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team as a Production Efficiency Specialist. As a key member of our production facilities, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Production Efficiency Specialist, your primary focus will be on performing regular maintenance tasks on production equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance. This includes conducting process control and statistical analysis to identify areas for improvement, coordinating with other teams to arrange for preventive maintenance and calibration activities, and ensuring that all equipment and instruments are within prescribed inventory thresholds.
Key Deliverables:
* Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment and processes to prevent downtime and optimize efficiency
* Conduct process control and statistical analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to schedule preventive maintenance and calibration activities
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
* Degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, chemical engineering)
* Minimum 2 years of working experience in a process manufacturing setting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of Auto-CAD is an advantage
