Job Overview:

  • As a skilled maintenance professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our installations.

Your primary responsibility will be to perform scheduled preventive and reactive maintenance on air con systems and other building-related tasks.

You will conduct general mechanical, electrical, fire system, plumbing, and building maintenance works as assigned.

Daily checks must be performed to maintain equipment and facility in good condition.

You will also manage site activities, coordinate contractors for ongoing projects, and oversee daily site staff activities.

Additionally, you will maintain planned preventative maintenance schedules and record them monthly.

Analyzing and evaluating the causes of building defects is crucial, and you will complete reactive maintenance as per SLA's, issue service reports, and adhere to statutory and government rules and regulations within the scope of work.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy, are required.

Finally, you must be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, remaining flexible and professional at all times.
