Job Title: Maintenance Professional

The role of a maintenance professional is vital in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of buildings and facilities.

About the Job:
  • Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the facilities team in maintaining and improving the overall condition of our premises.
  • We are looking for someone who can survey buildings and identify areas that require repairs or maintenance, and then carry out these tasks as required.
  • This includes performing routine maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, and other essential services to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • The successful candidate will also be expected to assist in the setup and repair of various systems, including ventilation, air conditioning, and CCTV.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain all buildings and facilities to a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
  2. Repair and replace faulty equipment and fixtures as needed.
  3. Assist in the installation and testing of new systems and equipment.
  4. Conduct regular checks and surveys to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Nitec (NTC-3) or equivalent qualification in electrical/mechanical.
  • At least 1 year experience in building maintenance or 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
  • Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing work.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
  • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
