Job Title: IT Maintenance Professional

Are you an expert in hardware and software maintenance? Do you have experience in system administration and electronics repair? We are seeking a skilled IT Maintenance Professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backup of server/pc data, patching of OS, and updating of antivirus definition
  • Document maintenance processes and procedures
  • Engage with customers to understand and meet their needs

Requirements:

  • Technical qualification/knowledge background in electronics/electrical/computers
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Words, Excel, etc)
  • Team-working mindset

Working Location: AMK. Travel to site is required occasionally. Candidates must be willing to travel overseas for 4 weeks in October.
