Job Description

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with customers and site contacts by applying the service mindset attitude. Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction through quality of service and regular communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Accountability: You are accountable for the end-user's and site's safety, as well as responsible for ensuring a safe working environment during site visits.
  • Maintenance and Service Operations: You are responsible for executing service visits (planned maintenance, callouts, 24/7 service needs, and service repairs) respecting schedule and time limits, quality standards, time allocation, and processes.
  • Customer Relationship Management: You are responsible for interacting with customers, informing them about equipment safety and condition status, and proposing corrective actions in case of deviations.
