We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented maintenance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing facilities maintenance with suppliers and contractors, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute facilities maintenance activities with external suppliers and contractors.

  • Conduct regular preventive equipment checks to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.

  • Perform troubleshooting and rectify equipment-related problems in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that all facility equipment is properly maintained and serviced to minimize the risk of breakdowns.

  • Perform basic facility maintenance works on systems and carry out routine repairs as needed.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and provide reports as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is highly desirable.

  • Able to start immediately and commit to long-term employment.
