Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development unit, you will be responsible for expanding into new markets, managing client relationships, and delivering automation solutions aligned with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market share
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry players
- Handle RFQs, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver automation solutions
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging automation technologies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree or diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or a relevant field. A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in automation, robotics, IIoT, or industrial solutions is required. You should possess strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office.
