Job Scope/Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and manage enhancement works for iShopChangi and other CAG applications, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery.

2. Analyze user and technical requirements to facilitate effective collaboration with designers and developers, driving innovation and problem-solving.

3. Manage the development and deployment of project deliverables, working closely with developer teams to ensure high-quality results.

4. Collaborate with stakeholders, business units, and Product Owners to gather business requirements and prioritize Change Requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

5. Perform user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and demonstrations to assist project stakeholders, ensuring successful project outcomes.

6. Coordinate meetings, conferences, trainings, and other project-related events, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

7. Work closely with the PMO lead to review processes and increase productivity and efficiency, driving continuous improvement.

8. Participate in procurement processes and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

9. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, supporting night works when required to ensure project deadlines are met.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Business IT, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in project management principles.

2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination and management, with a proven track record of delivering results.

3. Strong understanding of software development, with experience in project management tools and methodologies.

4. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

5. Functional knowledge of eCommerce is a plus, with experience in SAP Commerce and Adobe AEM projects.

6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.

8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
