About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Training Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, administering, and coordinating various training programs.

This role involves collaboration with HQ/RHQ office, local marketing and PM groups, as well as internal and external stakeholders to create and execute outstanding product and soft skill trainings for internal field force and in-store sales people.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and coordinating training programs (online, offline, and coaching) and content plans for various target groups.
  • Conducting product training courses on products knowledge, features, key USP, and technical specifications.
  • Training Field Force team in Concept selling & Shopper Engagement Skills in line with brand direction and selling strategies.
  • Leading the development of mystery shopping program in line with training outcomes to measure and improve team performance.
  • Maintaining and supporting online training platform with relevant materials.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, marketing, and product trends, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
