We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our retail banking segment in Asia.


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
1. Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to promote our banking products to existing and prospective clients.
2. Providing expert financial analysis and delivering tailored wealth management solutions, including bancassurance, home loans, and investment products.
3. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the bank.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum local diploma in any discipline.
  • At least 1 year of financial sales experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong client relationships.
