Job Description:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the Indonesian market. This highly motivated individual will work closely with Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging their exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline for Tableau
- Research and build strategic target account lists in Indonesia
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
- Evangelize Tableau and its integral part in the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas

Requirements:
- Experienced in sales and/or outbound lead qualification, including outbound prospecting
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Domain expertise in outbound lead qualification at all levels within organizations
- Effective communicator with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools
- Performer who can thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
