About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative to join our fast-paced sales team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying revenue streams, and working closely with our Account Executives to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the Taiwan market
  • Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives to promote Salesforce solutions
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of Inside Sales experience within IT, with a focus on new business development, cold calling, and planning/strategy
  • An excellent track record selling to the Taiwan market
  • Fluency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A 'get it done' attitude and ability to prioritize tasks to drive results
