We are seeking a talented professional to lead our partnerships team in identifying and onboarding agency partners across various regions. The successful candidate will drive the partnership strategy, act as a liaison between internal departments and agency partners, build team spirit, and ensure commercial contracts are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead research and identify agency partners across regions where we have no wholly owned operations">
  • Develop and drive partnership strategies aligned with sales team pipelines">
  • Act as a communication liaison between internal departments and agency partners">
  • Build and maintain team morale through effective communication">
  • Responsible for making commercial contracts and agreements between agency partners and us">
  • Drive quality and consistency from commercial and operational perspectives">
  • Collaborate with business units for common business objectives">
  • Train and upskill teams">
