Strategic Partnerships Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and driven professional to lead the growth and execution of strategic university partnerships across Southeast Asia. This role will focus on building and nurturing strong relationships with higher education institutions in key markets, including Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and other important regions.

As a Strategic Partnerships Director, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our regional footprint and driving sustainable growth through impactful collaborations. You will develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy, establish and maintain strong relationships with universities and other key education partners, and identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities that align with our goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities and other key education partners.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with university leaders, faculty, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Track key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews of partnership progress and impact.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • 8-15 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field.
