Job Summary:
Sales Leader Position Overview:
The Sales Manager is a key position responsible for driving sales growth and expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategic business plans to increase the customer base and establish a strong presence in the market.
- Lead recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Develop and promote long-lasting relationships with customers through partnerships and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports as well as realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and shifts while staying informed about new products and competition status.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Commitment to ongoing education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
