Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Expansion Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to achieve long-term growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business expansion strategies to drive growth and revenue increase.
- Work closely with senior management to identify areas of opportunity and develop targeted plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue increase.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to reach new markets and customer segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, identify market trends, and analyze customer needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, analysis, and negotiation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business expansion strategies and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of business operations, sales processes, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other business tools.
