
Sales Expansion Director

We are seeking a visionary Regional Expansion Strategist to develop and execute the Academy's regional expansion plan, driving sustainable growth and expanding revenue streams locally and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive expansion strategy, aligning with our vision and mission.
- Lead and manage our high-performing regional sales function in Singapore and overseas markets.
- Drive business growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and market analysis.
- Ensure the quality and relevance of programmes and services by bringing insights of industry needs to programme development teams for curriculum development and delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation, embracing technology and digital transformation to drive business success.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights to management teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. Familiarity with accounting, finance, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and identify opportunities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
