Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, the Business Growth Strategist will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to increase revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Skills:

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or related field with excellent academic record
  • Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager with consistent target achievement, showcasing leadership skills
  • Commitment to ongoing education through workshops, seminars and conferences, demonstrating adaptability and eagerness to learn
  • Credible communication, presentation and influencing skills at all organizational levels, fostering collaboration and driving results
  • Ability to drive sales process from plan to close, capitalizing on opportunities and minimizing risks
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills, nurturing talent and building high-performing teams
