We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Director. This key role will play a vital part in shaping NTU's alumni strategy, driving engagement and loyalty among our graduates.
Main Duties- Develop and implement a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy.
- Coordinate and deliver high-profile events, including reunions and speaker series.
- Maintain and expand the alumni database, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Foster strong relationships with alumni, faculty, and staff to advance NTU's goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Lead the development of surveys and assessments to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- At least 8 years of experience in alumni relations or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
