Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our call centre team as a Customer Relations Officer.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for commuters, handling a variety of queries via inbound calls, emails, and follow-up communications.

This full-time role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a call centre environment, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to customer enquiries primarily via incoming calls on the hotline, as well as through other channels such as email.
  • Understand and assess customer needs to provide accurate, timely, and satisfactory responses.
  • Handle a wide range of call types, including concession card-related matters, claims filing, and SimplyGo system issues.
  • Perform outbound calls to customers who request callbacks.
  • Ensure accurate logging of all interactions in the call centre system.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a call centre environment or general customer service experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
