
Customer Experience Advocate

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about creating memorable and remarkable customer experiences. The ideal individual should be customer-centric and possess a service mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, service requests and sales enquires.
- Manage customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage customer requests and enquiries through various media.
- Obtain and maintain records of contacts, accounts and orders.
- Issue payments, purchase orders, delivery orders, credit notes and follow-up on incoming collections.
Additional Duties:
- Prepare sales quotations and delivery orders.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Handle daily mail and calls.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Certificate in Service Management/Accounts or related field with a minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant working experience preferred.
- Fresh graduates in related fields will also be considered.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and use of accounting software.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills.
- Independent, meticulous and responsible with good working attitude.
