Job Opportunity:

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about creating memorable and remarkable customer experiences. The ideal individual should be customer-centric and possess a service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, service requests and sales enquires.
  • Manage customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage customer requests and enquiries through various media.
  • Obtain and maintain records of contacts, accounts and orders.
  • Issue payments, purchase orders, delivery orders, credit notes and follow-up on incoming collections.


Additional Duties:

  • Prepare sales quotations and delivery orders.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Handle daily mail and calls.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Certificate in Service Management/Accounts or related field with a minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant working experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates in related fields will also be considered.
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and use of accounting software.
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Independent, meticulous and responsible with good working attitude.
