Zendesk Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SMB Account Executive to join our team at Zendesk. As an SMB Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth by acquiring new customers and developing strategies for account expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales revenue growth through acquisition of new customers and development of strategic account plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention levels.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers to optimize account revenue and profitability.
- Analyze customer data, intents, and adoption history to effectively prospect new clients and enhance retention strategies.
- Communicate the benefits of Zendesk products to customers, aligning them with business objectives to ensure customer satisfaction and product expansion.
- Lead competitive sales cycles using strong communication skills and value selling to articulate compelling business cases.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- At least 2 years of B2B sales or solution engineering experience, preferably in the SaaS industry with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing and expanding customer relationships at various levels.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and deal closing skills.
- Ability to handle high volumes of opportunities simultaneously while maintaining accurate tracking and forecasting.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
