Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced business development leader to drive growth and expansion in our semiconductor business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase market presence and revenue.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and penetration.
  • Collaborate with innovation R&D teams to create and generate projects for development.
  • Benchmark industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Build a business case and quantify market segment and industry sizing techniques.
  • Cultivate key relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering or related field, MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial market development or market segment research function for frontend/backend semiconductor packaging industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the semiconductor market, including mobile communications, high performance computing, automotive, portable devices, data centre, medical devices, and IoT industries.
  • Strong understanding of market sizing techniques, including TAM, SAM, and SOM.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with financial and value chain analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
