Sustainable Medical Workforce Development:

  • We are seeking a Senior Manager to drive sustainable medical workforce development, focusing on business-as-usual operations and strategic initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to plan and execute cluster medical manpower planning strategies.

Workforce Transformation and Productivity:

  • This role involves supporting cluster committees in conceiving and implementing workforce transformation and productivity initiatives.
  • Responsibilities include planning year-round agendas for committee meetings, tracking outstanding items, and working with stakeholders to measure outcomes.

Secretariat Support:

  • The successful candidate will provide secretariat support for NHG Medical Manpower Council, including appointing council members, setting agendas, and tracking outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare workforce planning or medical manpower management.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare system and medical workforce regulations.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and committee work.
  • Experience in data analysis and outcome measurement.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare productivity frameworks.
  • Experience in healthcare transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders, including MOH officials and senior medical professionals.
