We are looking for a dedicated individual to play a key role in driving HR digitalization and continuous improvement to support our diverse workforce and foster a structured yet inclusive work environment.
- Regional HR Policy Development: Develop and implement regional HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs.
- Performance Management: Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors.
- Experience: At least 8 years of HR full spectrum experience preferably within a MNC B2B environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Singapore, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism, proficiency in HR software and tools to streamline processes.
