Unlock Your Potential as a Partner Development Manager – ASEAN

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our sales team as the Partner Development Manager for the ASEAN market. This role will report to the Digital Industries ASEAN head and be based in Singapore. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the channel sales aspects of the Digital Industries portfolio, with a strong emphasis on building effective strategic partnerships within the region to drive continuous growth of the partner ecosystem.

You'll Make a Lasting Impact by:

  • Leading and managing channel business growth by overseeing partners' target achievements, including target setting, business reviews, and sales strategies.
  • Implementing and overseeing partner networks and programs to support effective business collaborations.
  • Creating initiatives to facilitate the entry of local channel partners into key markets.
  • Collaborating closely with channel partners to manage complexities or conflicts and ensure awareness of product elements.
  • Maintaining professional integrity, driving policy compliance, and upholding core internal and customer processes for effective role execution.

You Excel in:

  • Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Possessing a minimum of 5 years in similar field.
  • Demonstrating the ability to effectively manage Digital Industries portfolio sales through a channel partner model.
  • Exhibiting strong business acumen for managing forecasts and achieving targets.
  • Managing channel partners and addressing customer demands.
  • Displaying excellent strategic skills, conflict management, and issue analysis capabilities.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including presales, sales, marketing, technical, finance, and supply chain.
