As a Strategic Learning and Development Leader, you will drive the creation of customized training programs that cater to the evolving needs of our organization. Your expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design will enable you to craft engaging content that enhances core competencies, team collaboration, and professional development across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design comprehensive training materials aligned with organizational objectives and utilize structured content delivery methods to support employee growth and leadership development.
  • Facilitate interactive learning experiences, including simulations, role-plays, group discussions, and experiential learning, to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Lead sessions on topics such as change management, communication, and performance improvement, utilizing your knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Conduct needs assessments through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and stakeholder consultations to identify skill gaps and inform program design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in strategic learning and development, preferably in a training role.
  • Experience in leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance learning personalization and performance analytics is advantageous.
  • Background in coaching individuals and teams to support leadership growth, career development, and change readiness is beneficial.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory, and performance improvement strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to deliver impactful presentations and lead group discussions across diverse audiences.
