**Assistant Director (Learning & Development)**
You will inspire the team, and drive the implementation of learning, leadership and talent development strategies, initiatives and programmes for the company.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Develop and operationalise organisation wide learning strategies, roadmaps, programmes and initiatives to build new capabilities and skills, as well as promote the culture of continuous and lifelong learning.
- Engage business leaders as a learning partner to understand strategic capability needs, as well as to design and drive professional skills learning plan to build capability and upskill different segments of staff.
- Partner with our HQ of Excellence (CoE), Learning & Development to contextualise and implement Group learning, leadership and talent development strategies for our company.
- Accountable for maximising and managing learning resources and budget. Explore untapped potential on learning reports and analytics.
- Provide internal consultancy and partner internal stakeholders to drive and operationalise learning and organisation development interventions.
- Review learning strategies and executional processes to enhance objectives, culture and efficiency of learning solutions and operations.
**Job Requirements**
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in leading and implementing Learning, Talent and Organisational Development strategies and initiatives, preferably in the healthcare or service sectors. This may include competency framework development, design and curation of learning roadmaps and programmes, capability and learning needs diagnosis, building learning culture, and running training operations.
- Inspiring and effective leadership and communication styles. Versatile in flexing as a team leader and team player; willing to roll-up your sleeves and get into action.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and collaboration skills to engage across different levels and functions.
- Able to think strategically and systemically to influence across different Business and HR systems.
- Curious and open towards new ideas. Bold to explore and experiment with new ways of working.
- Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in managing dynamic and complex situation.
- Strong in process and project management, as well as internal consulting and facilitation.
