Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Talent Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing talent programs that align with our company's vision and priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Procurement, or a related field, including demonstrated leadership experience.

Key responsibilities include developing and communicating the GP Skills-based Organization strategy, establishing strategic priorities and roadmaps, enabling AI development, and serving as an inspiring leader.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and fostering high-performance teams, recommending, designing, and implementing measurement and evaluation strategies, and staying informed of industry skills developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from an accredited college/university;
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Applied Psychology, or a related field preferred;
  • Strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and cultivate collaborative relationships with individuals at all levels;
  • Ability to balance big picture thinking to define strategy while staying on top of details to translate and cascade strategic vision into actionable plans and achieve priorities;
  • Effective people developer with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team in a global and diverse environment.
