Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning and development landscape. Your expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive learning architectures will be instrumental in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic learning initiatives that align with our organizational objectives. This includes managing cross-functional teams, championing customer experience, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

With a focus on innovation and process improvement, you will lead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as AI, RPA, and ML to enhance the customer journey and learning experience. Your experience in implementing Industry tools will be crucial in driving business outcomes.

Additionally, you will oversee the development of processes to enable training interventions and practices across the employee lifecycle, from hiring to production. Leading project delivery teams through the adoption of best practices, tools, and techniques will also be part of your role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing end-to-end learning architectures
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and championing customer experience
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies such as AI, RPA, and ML
