Adult Learning Lead

Are you passionate about creating innovative adult learning experiences that drive business results?

The Adult Learning Lead will spearhead the development and governance of adult learning experiences, curriculum initiatives, and quality assurance processes in alignment with industry standards. This role involves driving blended learning strategies, instructional excellence, and quality assurance across programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learning Strategy & Curriculum Leadership:
    • Lead curriculum planning and alignment across programs with industry frameworks.
    • Translate training needs and business strategy into competency-based learning pathways.
  • Drive Adult Learning Excellence:
    • Develop structured design frameworks for adult learning, incorporating ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Gagne's Nine Events.
  • Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance:
    • Implement and monitor internal quality assurance systems to meet regulatory standards.
    • Prepare, review, and audit documentation required for course accreditation and submissions.
    • Ensure all assessment instruments, attendance tracking, and learning evidence adhere to industry standards.
  • Blended Learning & Instructional Design:
    • Develop blended learning models incorporating face-to-face, virtual, and workplace learning.
    • Maintain oversight of SCORM-compliant LMS integrations and user experience.
  • Assessment Development:
    • Lead assessment strategy design across all courses, including formative and summative methods.
  • Stakeholder & Project Management:
    • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, regional leads, and internal departments.
    • Drive timely delivery of projects with quality outcomes within allocated resources.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Learning design leadership with strong grounding in adult learning principles, blended learning, and curriculum frameworks.
  • Quality assurance expertise with proven track record of aligning learning operations to industry standards.
  • Stakeholder engagement with experience managing accreditation processes and regulator communications.
  • LMS & learning technologies, including SCORM, virtual facilitation tools, and UX principles.
  • Assessment strategy and development, ensuring validity and compliance with industry standards.
  • Strong communication and influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related fields.
  • ACTA/ACLP certified; DACE/DDDLP highly preferred.
  • At least 10 years' experience in adult education, curriculum development, or instructional leadership.
