Learning and Development Programme Manager

The Learning and Development Programme Manager is responsible for managing, designing, developing, and implementing learning programmes to support organisational transformation initiatives.

  • Curriculum Development & Delivery
  • Take end-to-end ownership of curriculum development by creating high-quality training content.
  • Utilize various learning modalities, including workshops, e-learning, on-the-job training, and coaching.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of training programmes.
  • Programme Management
  • Efficiently manage the entire life cycle of learning projects.
  • Communicate the progress and impact of learning programmes to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
