Role Overview

You will play a key role in helping our largest client transform their learning practices to improve the effectiveness of their employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in redesigning business processes and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the client in their transformation journey with learning transformation efforts.
  • Perform analyses of learning needs and redesign learning processes to ensure alignment with learning objectives and improve efficiency of resources used towards learning efforts.
  • Improve the effectiveness of learning programs to more effectively achieve desired business outcomes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • Certificates in ACTA/ACLP 1.0 or 2.0 are preferred.
  • At least 7 years of working experience including 5 years in a management consulting role.
  • Proven ability to build valued relationships with stakeholders.
  • Passion to create a positive learning culture, coach and develop team members and clients.
  • Good communication skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English.
