Actuarial Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Transformation Expert to join our team. As an Actuarial Transformation Expert, you will work with our practice leaders and professional consultants to solve complex business problems and deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead actuarial transformation projects, including target operating model design and process re-engineering
  • Implement IFRS 17 from both a technical and non-technical actuarial standpoint
  • Support senior leaders with business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities and generating proposals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above with strong academic credentials
  • Qualified or committed to obtaining fellowship qualification of an internationally recognized actuarial organization
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant insurance and actuarial experience in life and general insurance markets
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence
