Job Title: Strategic Learning Leader


Job Description
As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic learning initiatives that drive business outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of organisational needs and the ability to design and deliver impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead the development of comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning into day-to-day operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and support
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • At least 12–15 years of progressive experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development leadership
  • Strong track record in digital transformation of learning and proven ability to integrate AI and analytics in learning strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management and partnerships with learning institutions
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, able to influence senior stakeholders and translate vision into execution
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
