IT Strategic Leader

The Technology Department requires a seasoned and visionary IT Strategic Leader to oversee all aspects of technology operations. This individual will be responsible for managing the department's strategy, planning, implementation, and maintenance of technology systems.

  • Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals.
  • Plan, design, and implement new technologies to support business needs.
  • Oversee hardware and software procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Ensure network security, data protection, and system reliability.
  • Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within budget delivery.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other departments to resolve IT-related issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team and end-users.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT systems.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
