Job Title: Senior Associate, User Growth Operations

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate in User Growth Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable user growth for the India market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to extract meaningful insights from user data, player behavior, and game performance metrics. They will also possess analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze user behavior, gameplay trends, and key engagement metrics to drive sustainable user growth for India market
  • Generate data-driven insights to improve player retention and activeness
  • Plan and execute large-scale player engagement campaigns, including in-game events, activations, and related promotion plans
  • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaign promotions, ensuring the campaigns reach their target audience and have maximum impact
  • Collaborate with the online marketing team to plan ad campaigns, create localised promotional materials, and evaluate performance
  • Respond swiftly to live game incidents, coordinating with necessary teams to maintain a high service standard for players
  • Gather comprehensive local user feedback and develop a deep understanding of the local gaming audience to tailor engagement strategies
  • Effectively engage with local player communities in India to understand their preferences, feedback, and gaming behaviors to form a deeper cultural understanding and enhance user engagement in the Indian gaming market

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant full-time working experience in planning and executing user acquisition and engagement campaigns for a gaming product is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders in the Indian market and gathering information on consumer preferences for local users in the India market is a plus
  • Possession of strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities
  • Passionate about games with a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem
