Job Title: Senior Operations Specialist

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Senior Operations Specialist. This position will be responsible for driving user growth in the Indian market by analyzing user behavior, gameplay trends, and key engagement metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to extract meaningful insights from user data, player behavior, and game performance metrics. They will also possess analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze user behavior, gameplay trends, and key engagement metrics to drive sustainable user growth for India market
  • Generate data-driven insights to improve player retention and activeness
  • Plan and execute large-scale player engagement campaigns, including in-game events, activations, and related promotion plans
  • Collaborate with marketing team to coordinate campaign promotions and ensure maximum impact
  • Work closely with online marketing team to plan ad campaigns, create localized promotional materials, and evaluate performance
  • Respond swiftly to live game incidents and maintain high service standard for players

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant full-time working experience in planning and executing user acquisition and engagement campaigns for a gaming product
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to extract meaningful insights from user data and game performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
