Overview

Senior Associate, User Growth Operations role focusing on driving user growth, retention, and engagement in the India market. Responsibilities include monitoring metrics, planning campaigns, and collaborating with marketing and online teams to reach target audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze user behavior, gameplay trends, and key engagement metrics to drive sustainable user growth for the India market
  • Generate data-driven insights to improve player retention and activeness
  • Plan and execute large-scale player engagement campaigns, including in-game events, activations, and related promotion plans
  • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaign promotions, ensuring the campaigns reach their target audience and have maximum impact
  • Collaborate with the online marketing team to plan ad campaigns, create localised promotional materials, and evaluate performance
  • Respond swiftly to live game incidents, coordinating with necessary teams to maintain a high service standard for players
  • Gather comprehensive local user feedback and develop a deep understanding of the local gaming audience to tailor engagement strategies
  • Effectively engage with local player communities in India to understand their preferences, feedback, and gaming behaviors to form a deeper cultural understanding and enhance user engagement in the Indian gaming market
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant full-time working experience in planning and executing user acquisition and engagement campaigns for a gaming product is a plus
  • Strong ability to extract meaningful insights from user data, player behavior, and game performance metrics
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders in the Indian market and gathering information on consumer preferences for local users in the India market is a plus
  • Passionate about games with a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem
  • Creative thinking abilities for developing user acquisition ad campaigns and innovative engagement strategies
  • Open to the possibility of relocating to India for a long-term assignment in the future, depending on business needs

This position may be available as a contract or permanent role, depending on business needs at the time of hiring, and is subject to approval of the necessary work authorization by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (if applicable).
