We are seeking a skilled User Growth Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an individual contributor to drive sustainable user growth for our gaming product in the Indian market.
- Monitor and analyze user behavior, gameplay trends, and key engagement metrics to inform data-driven strategies.
- Analyze player retention and activeness, providing actionable insights to improve overall performance.
- Develop and execute large-scale player engagement campaigns, including in-game events, activations, and promotional plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate campaign promotions and maximize impact.
- Work closely with the online marketing team to plan ad campaigns, create localized promotional materials, and evaluate performance.
- Respond quickly to live game incidents, coordinating with necessary teams to maintain high service standards for players.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in business or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant full-time experience in planning and executing user acquisition and engagement campaigns for a gaming product.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from user data and game performance metrics.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
