Senior User Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior User Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for owning end-to-end user communication channels in the US market, including EDM, Push Notifications, and more.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience in user operations and/or email marketing, as well as experience in AI Software, SaaS, e-commerce, and DTC industries. They will be familiar with email marketing, push notifications, and SMS, and skilled in automation, segmentation, and CRM/email integrations.

This role requires excellent project management and communication skills, as well as a data-driven and analytical mindset. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate cross-functionally with growth, content, product, and design teams, and ensure full compliance with CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and other US data regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and managing user communication channels
  • Developing and executing comms and content strategies to boost user lifetime value
  • Building and managing automation, dynamic content, and personalized user journeys
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements:
