Job Title: Senior Technical Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for administering and maintaining a hyper-converged server cluster, deploying and configuring system services, managing the Microsoft M365 environment, and providing IT support to internal users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive maintenance and administration of hyper-converged server clusters, ensuring high availability and maintainability.
  • Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of system services, including file sharing, DNS proxies, web reverse proxies, RADIUS, LDAP, etc.
  • Management of the Microsoft M365 environment (Entra, Intune, Exchange, etc) for internal users, ensuring seamless operation and compliance.
  • IT support request management, providing timely and effective solutions to internal users.
  • User IT asset management, ensuring that user devices are properly configured and maintained.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in systems engineering or an equivalent.
  • Experience in managing or maintaining Microsoft Domains or Microsoft Azure/Entra.
  • Proficiency with Ubuntu/Linux Server installations and virtualized environments.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
  • Strong understanding of security practices in server, database, and network.
