About the Role
The Strategic Alliance Development Manager will lead the development of high-impact collaborations that extend our reach, unlock new client segments, and create measurable business outcomes.
This role spans the full partnership lifecycle from identifying and negotiating strategic alliances to delivering joint initiatives with measurable ROI.
You'll work across wellness brands, clinical organisations, insurers, and corporate health programmes, ensuring every partnership strengthens our brand, drives client acquisition, and enhances our service ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and secure partnerships with complementary brands, specialists, medical institutions, insurers, and corporate wellness providers
- Negotiate commercial terms, ensuring mutual value creation
- Affiliate & Referral Programmes: Develop and launch structured referral and affiliate programmes for clinics, practitioners, influencers, and brand ambassadors
- Co-Marketing & Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver joint initiatives such as events, webinars, wellness retreats, or product bundles
- Event & Industry Engagement: Represent us at health, wellness, and longevity events to strengthen industry presence
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Maintain an accurate partner CRM and track leads, conversions, campaign reach, and ROI
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- 4+ years' experience in partnerships, business development, or influencer/affiliate marketing
- Proven track record in securing and managing commercial partnerships
