Job Title: Strategic Growth Alliance Manager

Overview:

This role involves driving profitable growth and maintaining strong business relationships with key partners. The successful candidate will develop strategies and business plans to foster collaboration and mutual benefit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy and business plan with assigned partners.
  • Coordinate the execution of the partner business plan across various departments.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Review meetings involving Senior Management and Partners.
  • Implement organization-wide enablement and certifications for key technology focus areas.
  • Organize joint marketing activities and programs with assigned partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, computer science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partner management, sales, and business development.
  • Proven track record of success in program management, orchestration, and initiative leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and program management skills.

Tech Skills:

  • Understanding of key technologies including IT, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
