Applike group is a leading innovator in the tech industry, driving growth through strategic initiatives and innovative partnerships. We're seeking a talented Sr. Manager, Strategy & Business Development to join our team in Hamburg.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-impact strategic initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting executive decision-making. This involves working closely with our VP Strategic Projects and leadership teams across all applike group companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives to drive expansion opportunities, new market entries, and operational improvements.
- Analyze AdTech market trends and provide data-driven insights to inform company direction.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in Strategy Consulting (MBB), high-growth Start-ups / Scale-ups, or VC / PE with a strong track record in strategy development and execution - Strong executive presence and ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with senior leadership and external partners/clients - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills (incl. financial modeling)
