Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Program Manager to join our team and drive strategic initiatives that propel our global operations forward. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR projects that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive HR projects with our headquarters and international teams to establish a system for monitoring progress, identifying roadblocks, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Conduct HR compliance-related activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the management committee in its day-to-day operations, ensuring the achievement of our company's strategy and key projects.
  • Analyze HR data to inform key HR decisions and business success.
  • Collaborate with country HR teams on national key projects and provide compliance or professional opinions, or take on HR responsibilities for small-scale countries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of HR experience.
  • Proven experience working in complex, matrixed environments, such as large multinational corporations, startups, or internet companies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with employees across countries and headquarters.
  • Experience in project management, including project chartering and resource reallocation.
  • Self-motivated, conscientious, adaptable, and a fast learner, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams and operating in ambiguous environments.
